His crew are serious craftsman and meticulous about their work. Evan knew what our HOA would require and provided all the necessary documents for us. We received 3 bids and Outdoor Solutions was the most competitive and offered the most options included in the final price. We made a last minute change of add stepping stones and the project was still delivered on time. Evan was wonderful to work with and very responsive to any and all questions. The thing I appreciate most is that they show up when they say they will show up, and the project gets done without micro-management from me. I wish I could say the same for all Northern Virginia contractors... I am particularly impressed by the crew members who do stone work - these guys are serious craftsmen and I've watched them do very precise work with a hammer to shape stones into just the right fit. They gave us the design details required to get approval from our HOA. They also handled getting the required inspections. Evan was very prompt in supplying a proposal and started the project almost immediately after we obtained HOA approval. The team did meticulous work and kept the jobsite as tidy as possible. The sidewalk and landscaping turned out great, they did some last minute adjustments (sodded our front yard) without any issues. What I most appreciated was his foreman and team, always on time, worked exceptionally hard and created a beautiful hard/soft scape.
